Sourcing & Staffing Specialist (Recruiter)

 PointBank needs a winner to help us continue to build a winning team!

Primary duties include the management of all aspects of our exceptional hiring processes for all operational departments and 9 branch locations.  Additional duties include generalist support to the HR department. 

  • Adept at using multiple sourcing avenues to find qualified candidates including the use of social media
  • Prefer at least 3 years experience in a staffing function with full responsibility for managing the process, from assisting in determining staffing needs and ad placement through final selection
  • Position requires the incumbent to be proactive, resourceful, high sense of urgency, outgoing, good detail orientation and capability to judge talent based on strong interview skills
  • Experience in a financial institution desirable but not necessary
  • Ability to plan and coordinate quarterly awards events
