Procedures for Lost or Stolen Check Cards

The following is the procedure to be followed in the event your Visa Check Card is lost or stolen and it is after the bank's regular business hours:

1. Call the card processing center at (866) 989-2265.
2. Call PointBank customer service at (940) 686-7000 and leave a message providing the name on the card, the account number it is tied to and a telephone number where you can be reached. This will allow PointBank to follow up with both the card processing center and you, the customer.
